Plain Pasta, February 2020

Inspired by the unique ambiance of Harold Pinter’s works, Plain Pasta is probably TRY theatre’s darkest and most serious play. Written and directed to emphasise the tension that is always present in human interactions, it follows the story of Random, a complex and intriguing character, on his path to freedom and redemption from societal norms and pressure. However, he soon finds that it’s not an easy task to confront the characters around him, nor the individual inside him.

Plain Pasta premiered at the University of Rijeka’s Faculty of Philosophy, followed by performances at the First Croatian High School of Sušak and Filodrammatica theatre.
